It includes some exceptional timepieces that reflect technical innovation and fine craftsmanship. Another highlight of the SIHH is the Mystery Clocks in the Cartier Collection, a first for Cartier. The company will present an extraordinary collection of 19 mystery clocks, ‘marvels of horology’ that were created by Louis Cartier in the early 20th century together with the Maison’s clockmaker, Maurice Coüet, who drew his inspiration from none other than the illusionist Houdini. The first model was conceived I 1912, and Cartier continues to produce mystery clocks to this day. An opportunity to see these masterpieces is well worth it, as they are considered to be some of the most important works of art on earth.
