As the Festive Season approaches, British luxury brand Burberry launches it first global festive campaign
Launched from its London flagship store in Regent Street, Burberry’s first global festive campaign premiered with the screening of a movie entitled “From London with Love” starring Victoria and David Beckham’s 12-year-old son Romeo. The short movie transports the viewer on a magical journey through Burberry’s world of glamorous gifts and products. It’s the essence of true Brit, featuring the iconic British pluck, music, heritage, and weather, of course. In the movie, a boy delivers the gift of love to a young couple and they take him on a journey of enchantment through the streets of London. The movie celebrates the gift of giving as a powerful way for people to connect. Fifty dancers inspire the golden age of movie musicals and the entire performance is a magical mystery tour of London at its most romantic. The music from the movie was written by British songwriter Ed Harcourt.
Burberry’s magical festive campaign will run for the next three months around the world across various media including outdoor advertising, cinema and 10 global social media platforms. The full range of Burberry gifts are now available instore and on the website and include iconic pieces shown in the movie, such as the cashmere scarf, the Heritage trench coat and the latest Burberry make-up look created by house Make-up Artistic Consultant Wendy Rowe.
