Sail around the world in 2016 on a luxury cruise, visiting five different continents, 45 countries and 57 UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Let Baroque Travel arrange your luxe adventure for you
Book yourself the luxury cruise of a lifetime on board the Oceania cruise ship, the Insignia, which departs from Miami, Florida on January 4, 2016. Experience the longest and most comprehensive journey of discovery around the world on a luxury vessel that has just been newly refurbished. This is the ultimate luxury cruise holiday.
The first step of Insignia’s magnificent journey takes guests sailing in the Caribbean, before it heads southwards to South America to visit the ports of Trinidad and Tobago, French Guiana and Brazil. Insignia then heads across the sea to Africa to experience the unique scenery on offer on this exquisite continent in sunny South Africa, Mozambique, Angola and Namibia.
After travelling right around the African continent, Insignia sets sail for Asia. Here, guests will stay on land for two-night stints in various locations, including Rangoon as well as Yangon and Myanmar in Burma and Shanghai in China. They will also explore various exotic destinations before sailing to the South Pacific to visit Australia. They will discover the magic of the Great Barrier Reef and visit various Australian ports before heading homewards via Hawaii. Insignia then stops off in Los Angeles before heading down the west coast, through the Panama Canal and back to Miami, where it returns on July the first.
This magnificent world cruise includes 14 overnight stays in total, and visits an astounding 92 different ports of call around the world. Stay-overs include Cape Town in South Africa in February, which is the perfect time to visit one of the most beautiful cities in the world, as it’s mid-summer there, as well as Singapore and Bangkok, two Vietnamese cities as well as Hong Kong in March, Shanghai, Beijing and Bali in April, and Sydney, Australia in May.
Although bookings for this exceptional journey opened at the end of July, 2014, there are still openings for those who are keen.
This is not the first world cruise offered by Oceania Cruises - that one set sail in January this year. But because of the overwhelming response the cruise received (it was almost sold out), the cruise company decided to unveil another world cruise for 2016.
Because a world cruise embodies our passion for exotic travel and discovery, Oceania insists on making the cruise unrushed and extraordinary – hence the length of the cruise, which is 180 days in total. The experience is more than just a voyage of discovery, of course, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime journey to explore the very best the world has to offer – in luxury, of course.
If you would like to embark on the ultimate adventure and sail the seven seas to explore the world in 180 days, contact Baroque Travel right away, firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will arrange your world cruise on the Insignia with Oceania Cruises for you.
