Knoll’s standout dishes include crab cakes with chile lime butter and ham hock black bean ragout, veal porterhouse with wild mushrooms and bacon veal jus. Knoll’s meal is delightfully rich with the most imaginative favor profiles. It is probably wise to leave this as your last meal of your Antigua sojourn, because you won’t be feeling svelte or beach confident afterwards!
