The only Caribbean spot included in last year's "top 50 restaurants in the world" list in U.K.'s Restaurant magazine, the Cliff entices affluent customers with its inventive cuisine and stunning cliff-top locale (every table faces the ocean). Chef Paul Owen's eclectic repertoire ranges from classic French snails in puff pastry to fiery Thai curried shrimp. A fine-wine list and art covered walls complete the very civilized picture.

Owned by four-star chef Eric Ripert, Blue is indisputably, Grand Cayman’s premier restaurant. The Caribbean flavors he’s experimented with for years at Le Bernardin in Manhattan have moved to the fore at his new flagship spot at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman. The restaurant showcases the rich seafood bounty of Cayman’s water, with Ripert’s culinary craftsmanship and artistry accentuating the fresh flavors of the local produce. Diners may choose from either their six course tasting menus or the three-course prix fixe menu.

The Pavilion, Antigua

A disciple of Emeril Lagasse, New Orlean native Andrew Knoll brought the unique flavors of the Big Easy to the Caribbean. Overlooking a cricket field in an lavish plantation style home, a meal at Pavilion starts with cocktails on the wraparound porch before guests heads inside and be treated by Knoll’s complex and inventive cooking style. Knoll’s standout dishes include crab cakes with chile lime butter and ham hock black bean ragout, veal porterhouse with wild mushrooms and bacon veal jus. Knoll’s meal is delightfully rich with the most imaginative favor profiles. It is probably wise to leave this as your last meal of your Antigua sojourn, because you won’t be feeling svelte or beach confident afterwards!

The Dining Room at Round Hill, Jamaica

Address - Montego Bay, Jamaica

The flagship restaurant at the Round Hill resort is as fancy smancy as the hotel it resides in. Chef Trevor Duncan incorporates an elegant touch to classic and rustic Jamaican ingredients and flavors. Chef Duncan’s dish includes bright seafood salads, Caribbean pasta, and crab cakes with jerk mayonnaise. The stunning al fresco setting is arguably the most romantic dining spot on the island.
