Chris Cannon of Altamarea fame reenters the restaurant scene with the opening of All’onda
The 80-seat eatery is Venetian cuisine with a Japanese twist. Teaming with Al Fiori vet Chris Jaeckle, All’onda promises to deliver the purist, ingredient-driven qualities of both cuisines. The menu features house-made tortellini in Parmesan dashi with ricotta dumplings; Branzino crudo with avocado, pepperoncino soy, controne pepper; and crispy suckling pig. The wine selection consist of only Italian wines.
