If Alain Llorca’s name sounds familiar, it is because you may have visited his award-winning Moulin de Mougins on past visits to the French Riviera. When he left Mougins to found his eponymous restaurant in the hills overlooking the Riviera, expectations were high.

Llorca does not disappoint, his meals are a true ode to contemporary Mediterranean cuisine. Among the house specialties are: Fleur de courgette farcie aux champignons et aux truffes (Zucchini flower stuffed with mushrooms and truffles), Risotto de homard (Duck risotto) and Tiramisu révisité (Revisited tiramisu).
