The most exclusive dining experience in the world

Pamper yourself and someone special with a $2 million experience in Singapore, dining at the world-renowned CÉ LA VI Singapore, owned by the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) Group. Baroque Access has all the details

To celebrate 15 years of collaboration, Russian diamond giant World of Diamonds Group got together with CÉ LA VI Singapore’s sponsor, private equity business L Capital Asia to create the most expensive and exclusive culinary experience in the world, one perfect for a very special occasion, a marriage proposal, or a celebration of life.

The entire experience starts with a 45-minute helicopter ride over Singapore, followed by a drive in a chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce and a luxury private cruise. Then it’s time to head for CÉ LA VI Singapore, which is located on the 57th floor of the plush Marina Bay Sands Hotel. The two diners will be greeted the 10,000 fresh roses set against a spectacular 360-degree panoramic backdrop.

Then it’s time for a gastronomic adventure, 18 courses of Modern Asian fine dining, served during a breathtaking sunset, the sight and scent of 10,000 fresh roses set against breathtaking 360-degree views would redefine them. The gastronomic adventure, an 18-course Modern Asian degustation menu, would then be served during sunset.

The couple will dine in absolute privacy – the restaurant will be reserved in their honor – and enjoy culinary luxuries of the finest quality including Fresh Belon Oyster with Champagne Foam, Almas Caviar, Foe Gras, Wild Salmon flown fresh from Alaska, all washed down with some of the most extraordinary selection of vintage wines available, some 44 and others 55 years old, and champagne from the best estates in the world with vintages that are legendary.

Of course, that’s not all. The guests will dine using diamond-studded chopsticks with their names engraved on and relax in splendor on custom-made furniture which will later be delivered to their home. Entertainment is in the form of a live band, and the highlights is the unforgettable, beyond-rare 2.08 carat Fancy Vivid Blue diamond ring, called The Jane Seymour after the British actress, which will be presented at midnight. This masterpiece is encrusted with a cushion cut diamond with a mesmerizing blue color. Jane Seymour OBE wore the ring and endorsed it at a gourmet dinner at CÉ LA VI Singapore in April this year. The ring is the only celebrity ring in the world that has not been previously owned.

To mark the moment when the ring is presented, Louis X111 de Rémy Martin will be served and followed by an extravagant fireworks display. And then the couple will retire to bed as guests of the hotel.

CÉ LA VI Restaurant’s exclusive multi-million dollar dining experience is expected to last 8 hours – not counting a good night’s sleep afterwards! Of course, to apply for such an exclusive evening, applicants will be screened before one lucky couple will be chosen to enjoy the ultimate dining experience.
